The cost of living crisis and the threat of winter loneliness has meant that the work of the Number One Community Trust is more important than ever. The centre is a lifeline for many low-income families, elderly residents, children and refugees in Tunbridge Wells
To meet the increasing needs of the community, the trust is reaching out to individuals and businesses to give as little as £1, donate to the food larder, or pledge a legacy to help the trust reach the £200k they need to fund an ambitious programme of support.
To promote this exciting new initiative, Number One Community Trust is delighted to announce that top TV chef Rosemary Shrager is their new ambassador. Rosemary said:
‘I am supporting this well-deserved charity because it supports the local communities of Ramslye and Showfields in Tunbridge Wells, by enhancing the quality of their lives. I see it as our responsibility to help those in need within our community and support them.’
