As a teenager studying art and design, I took a maternity cover role as a property manager, handling both residential and commercial properties. I thrived in this environment and knew I had found my calling. I landed my first official role as an accounts assistant with Wood and Pilcher, immersing myself in the world of residential lettings. My journey continued at General Accident (now Your Move), but my heart remained in Tunbridge Wells. I eventually returned to lead a small team at Andrews, where I honed my business skills and flourished as a Lettings Manager.

After purchasing my first flat in the town and embarking on a travel adventure ‘around the world’, I returned to find new opportunities waiting. I joined Savills, quickly rising to Associate Director. However, when life changed with the arrival of my first child, I opted for a part-time role with Bachelor Monkhouse, where I implemented better compliance and accounting processesfor their expanding lettings business.

The pandemic prompted a new chapter. With experience under my belt, I launched my own business, Lettology, realising a dream I had penned down while traveling in Australia years earlier. Today, my portfolio boasts 21 fully managed properties, primarily serving investment buyers or homeowners that have moved out of the area or abroad – who trust me to keep their assets thriving.

What sets Lettology apart? I believe in exceptional service and genuine relationships. I’m dedicated to bridging the gap between landlords and tenants, ensuring everyone feels valued. I prioritise transparency and communication, even setting up WhatsApp groups for tenants to ensure they always have support.
